200 managers of Aernnova meet in Donostia-San Sebastián at the Annual Convention
The 2017 Annual Convention of Aernnova has brought together in the Kursaal Congress Palace, 200 managers from the different manufacturing centers that the company has, inside and outside Spain. The meeting, which is hosted alternatively between Vitoria-Gasteiz (HQs) and another location, this time is held in Donostia-San Sebastián to where participants have moved, which, in addition to attending the plenary work, have enjoyed a highly welcoming city.
The Convention took place between Thursday 30th and Friday 1st and in the course of it, a variety of challenges have been analyzed, as well as the future objectives for the company. From a technological point of view, the Convention has focused on the adaptation of the company to the INDUSTRY 4.0, with various technical presentations and work sessions related to this topic.
In parallel, the participants of the event arrived from different parts of the globe, have discovered the city of Donostia-San Sebastián and have enjoyed its gastronomy and welcoming people. Those on charge of the Basque company have valued the meeting, and the decision to opt for this city to host the event: “For us it is very satisfying to show our people with pride the beauty of this city and the values of a community where our HQs are located”, said the Chairman & CEO of Aernnova, Iñaki López Gandásegui.
