Sociedad Unipersonal, a Spanish company, registered before the Mercantile Registry of Vitoria (Spain) under page n° VI-6749 and whose registered office is located at Parque Tecnológico de Álava, c/ Leonardo da Vinci, 13, 01510 Miñano Mayor, Alava, Spain.

Access to and use of the Aernnova web Site expresses the full and unreserved acceptance on the part of the user, of the terms and conditions of this Legal Notice, as amended from time to time by Aernnova, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. LAW AND JURISDICTION
This legal notice and disclaimer are governed by Spanish laws. Any dispute or claim arising out or in connection with this Legal Notice or the use by you of the Aernnova Web Site, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vitoria (Spain).
