André Wall visits Aernnova México: proximity, dialogue, and a vision for the future
On August 5–6, AERNNOVA Mexico welcomed CEO André Wall to its Querétaro facility for a visit that helped strengthen our bond with our employees and provided him with a firsthand look at the capabilities, processes, and talent that make our operations possible.
On the first day, André took a tour of the Aernnova Mexico facilities, visiting the different areas that make up our operations: Sheet Metal, Machining, Painting, Treatments, Assembly, and Logistics & Supply Chain. This tour provided a close-up look at the work carried out at the factory and the capabilities that set our team apart.
Our CEO had the opportunity to interact with those who work directly with the product, creating a space for connection and active listening with the people who, through their day-to-day operations, make our products possible and contribute to the success of Aernnova Mexico.
The visit also provided an opportunity to share perspectives on Aernnova’s strategic vision and direction, highlighting the importance of continuing to work as a team to drive our growth and strengthen our capabilities.
As part of the second day’s agenda, a “Coffee with the CEO” session was held, attended by key employees from different departments. This session fostered an atmosphere of trust, dialogue, and connection, facilitating the exchange of ideas and perspectives directly with André Wall.
During these meetings, we also addressed some of the key challenges facing Aernnova Mexico: preparing for new projects and opportunities, as well as continuing to work on improving productivity, quality, and efficiency.
In this context, the value of our team was particularly highlighted. The longevity and experience of our employees allow us to have an experienced team capable of sharing knowledge and tackling new challenges. Talent, collaboration, and commitment are key elements for continuing to grow and develop our capabilities.
Our CEO’s visit provided an opportunity to strengthen dialogue, recognize the value of our team, and maintain a shared vision for the future of AERNNOVA Mexico.
