Évora: flight to quality

Last June, Aernnova Évora launched the Voo para a Qualidade (Flight for Quality) project, whose objective was to reinforce the Quality and Safety Culture to all employees.

In a pleasant and direct way, through conversations and dynamic activities, 64 classes were given and 914 employees were trained in a specific room, where an itinerary was traced through six different themes: Aeronautical Culture and Aernnova, 5S, Foreign Object, Safety, Corrective Action and Voice of the Customer.

This project will reinforce employees' knowledge to ensure the quality of our products and processes, always focusing on customer satisfaction.
