Our Sites, Our People, Our Future
As I mentioned in my letter of introduction, my first priorities were going to be listening, observing and exchanging views. That is why, in this issue of ANN News, we are sharing some of the visits I have had the opportunity to make during my first month to different companies within Aernnova Group.
These visits were extremely enriching, giving me the opportunity to meet our teams first-hand, share concerns and perspectives, and discuss the areas of work and improvements we need to drive forward to achieve our ambition of becoming world leaders in aerostructures.
To achieve this, we need to be ambitious and make the most of all the talent we have across Aernnova, valuing the passion, knowledge and capabilities of every individual and their contribution to our shared project. Across all departments, I have found decades of experience, knowledge and commitment that we must value and preserve, while combining them with the courage, curiosity and fresh perspective of the new generations, which will be essential to address the major changes and challenges ahead.
Our customers’ needs, high-quality standards, delivery commitments, procurement and supply challenges and the profitability we need to achieve are shared priorities across all the companies in the Group. They are also essential elements in building an Aernnova that is more competitive, stronger and better prepared for the future.
I would like to thank you all for your warm welcome, your openness and, above all, for your contribution and commitment.
