What we expect from you
Ensure the implementation, development and monitoring of the processes, systems and indicators of Occupational Risk Prevention in their area of competence, providing solutions to the needs that arise within this area, in a manner aligned with the corporate function and with the maxim of raising awareness in the organization about the importance of the function, interacting with third parties (Management, Workers, Authorities) in their field
• According to the procedures and company policy, dynamize the improvement of processes, management systems, and Occupational Risk Prevention organization in your area of expertise.
• Establish, lead, and develop a team capable of meeting the challenges set out in the company's strategy within the framework established by the guidelines received from management.
• Develop the preventive activities assigned to the prevention function and those derived from participation in assigned projects.
• Monitor activities resulting from the deployment, implementation, and maintenance of occupational risk prevention tools and systems in all Group companies (internal prevention audits).
• Propose Occupational Risk Prevention objectives and goals to the person in charge in your area of expertise. Set an achievement plan and evaluate compliance through follow-up and proposal of corrective actions in case of deviations.
• Advise the organization on significant and sensitive aspects of Occupational Risk Prevention to ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements for each company project, contributing to their achievement.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering + Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention in the specialties of Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology.
• 5 years of work experience in the detailed functions.
• Solid specialization in ergonomics and experience in performing ergonomic evaluations is an asset.
• Knowledge of English.
• Office 365 (Excel).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and solve problems effectively.
