What we expect from you
Ensure compliance with internal and customer quality requirements for the processes and products under responsibility, while implementing, developing, and monitoring environmental management processes, systems, and KPIs within the assigned area.
- Ensure the effective implementation and compliance of Quality and Environmental Management procedures, processes, management systems, and applicable regulations, identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proactively identify risks related to compliance with quality and environmental requirements applicable to products, processes, and services. Promote preventive risk management through FMEA and Control Plans, analyzing and escalating issues as appropriate, and defining mitigation action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development, industrialization, process re-engineering, and other strategic projects, ensuring Quality and Environmental requirements are met in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and records related to Quality and Environmental Management within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Lead the resolution of non-conformities affecting products, processes, and services by implementing structured problem-solving methodologies, with priority given to customer complaints through containment, corrective, and preventive actions.
- Support customer requirements and provide the necessary reporting and information requested by the Corporate Quality & Environmental Management function.
- Identify training needs and contribute to the development and delivery of Quality and Environmental Management training across the organization.
Requirements
- Master’s or degree in engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar) or in Chemistry, Environment.
- 3+ years of work experience in the functions detailed in an industrial context.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 standards.
- Knowledge of SEVESO, REACH, CLP, ATEX...
