Supply Technician
What we expect from you
Ensure the continuous and urgent supply of materials necessary for the group's aeronautical programmes by collaborating with and activating the relevant departments of each company and the involved suppliers.
• Ensure the management of aeronautical supplies in terms of deadlines and quality by activating the relevant departments to facilitate solutions and monitor progress.
• Identify, analyse and align with the supplier company the possible causes of inefficiency. Penalties for non-compliance in quality, cost or deadlines should be communicated to procurement so that they can be managed (commercial communication).
• Work with the supplier/provider to develop impact risk mitigation plans and audit and control their internal parameters, coordinating information with the relevant focal point.
• Ensure that the group's information regarding supply needs is received, understood and accepted by suppliers.
• Manage order information in the system (creation, validation and release) to ensure accuracy and traceability from order placement to receipt.
• Identify risks in a timely manner using preventive management, and define, analyse and escalate such problems. Propose action plans and ensure that the resulting actions are carried out.
Requirements
• University degree/diploma (Industrial, Aerospace or Materials Engineering or equivalent) or BTEC with extensive experience in the field.
• Two years of work experience in the detailed functions.
• High level of English (minimum B2)
• Office 365, specifically Excel.
• Knowledge and experience in ERPs will be valued.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams..
