Aernnova announced today that its board of directors agreed at its meeting on Wednesday, February 18, to appoint André Wall as a new member of the board of directors and company's next CEO.
The appointment as Chief Executive Officer will be effective as of July, at which time he will fully assume his executive duties. The Executive Chairman, Grant Skinner, noted that André Wall joining the business reinforces Aernnova’s commitment to its strategy to be the leading provider of engineering services and complex composites and metallic structures “Andre’s experience and leadership will be key to delivering continued growth and to be the partner of choice for current and future customers”
André holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University TH of Berlin. With more than 30 years of experience in the aviation and aerospace industry, he has led transformation processes with strong value contribution for his shareholders, customers and people. He is recognised for his innovative leadership and focus on team development. He is currently CEO of RUAG International and Beyond Gravity. Throughout his career, he has held management positions at companies such as BMW Rolls-Royce Aero Engines, Rolls-Royce, Toyota, MTU Maintenance, SR Technics and Iberia. For his part, André Wall has stated that he is “very much looking forward to joining Aernnova and leading the team in the company’s continued transformation and growth.”
This appointment is part of Aernnova's strategy to consolidate its position in the sector and advance its 2026-2028 Strategic Plan to ensure its growth and leadership in the aerostructures sector.
