Publication of documents related to the Aernnova Évora (ANN Évora) Companies' Corruption Prevention and Compliance Program
This space brings together the documentation that the Portuguese companies of Aernnova Group, Aernnova Évora Companies publishes in compliance with its legal obligations regarding the prevention of corruption and related offences. The information provided is institutional in nature and aims to ensure transparency towards employees, customers, suppliers, partners and the general public.
Scope and legal basis. The documents disclosed include, in particular: the Plan for the Prevention of Corruption Risks and Related Offences of ANN Évora Companies (‘PPR ANN Évora’), the Code of Conduct, and the PPR assessment reports (interim report in October and annual report in April), as well as other documents required by the General Corruption Prevention Regime. The publication is based on the General Corruption Prevention Regime approved by Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021 of 9 December and the MENAC guidelines, as well as other applicable sectoral standards.
Update and authentic version. The contents are reviewed periodically. Each document indicates its respective date and version. The version of the PPR ANN Évora currently in force was updated in February 2025. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the most recent version available on this website shall prevail.

The publications do not include elements that could compromise confidentiality obligations,information security or the protection of whistleblowers.
