Rebuilding trust through execution

A central topic was the importance of rebuilding trust and strengthening the partnership with Embraer.

Achieving this requires consistent focus on execution: meeting agreed deadlines, delivering on commitments and ensuring processes are sustainable over time.

Quality is another key priority. Reducing non-conformities and reinforcing robust processes will be essential to restoring confidence and achieving the operational excellence expected from a strategic partner.

Investing in our people and capabilities

Transformation also depends on developing our teams. The implementation of the DOJO training model will play an important role in strengthening skills, supporting learning on the shop floor and creating a more capable and flexible organization.
